Functions of Agricultural Radiator

We are familiar with the agricultural machinery, which are mainly used in the agricultural production activities. The emergence of the machines  greatly reduces the consumption of labor and improve the crop harvest ratefor a majority of farmers in the agricultural production process.

In our daily agricultural life, the common agricultural machineries are harvester, seeder, sprayer and so on. Among so many agricultural machinery and equipments, radiators are indispensable. Then, what is the main roles of agricultural radiator in the equipment?

As the name implies, radiator is used to dissipate heat from the agricultural machinery engine, and it is very important for the equipment. Generally speaking, the equipment consists of two cooling modes: water cooling and air cooling. The two modes transfer heat energy through cooling water circulation, and heat is transferred into air by convection between heat sink and flowing air, so as to achieve the process of equipment engine cooling and sustainable operation. In the process of mechanical operation, the engine continues to work and it generates a great deal of heat due to working. If the heat cannot be transferred out in time, it will seriously damage the engine and its surrounding parts, leading to premature mechanical damage. With the radiator, excessive heat can be released according to the temperature of the engine and the engine can be stabilized. The normal operating temperature of the engine can ensure the longer service life of the engine.

Agricultural radiator is indispensable among mechanical equipments and the quality of which will directly affect the core mechanical  problems. We cannot ignore the raditor for it can well protect mechanical parts.
