1. The hydraulic oil radiator or water tank is seriously blocked. Heavy trucks work in harsh environment all year round. Therefore, many dust and small debris often block the exterior of hydraulic radiator and water tank radiator, especially when there is a small amount of leakage of hydraulic oil radiator. In case of oil pollution, plug the radiator behind the water tank (dust directly adheres to the hydraulic oil). Pay attention to whether the hydraulic radiator leaks. Because the fan of the heavy truck radiator draws wind from the hydraulic oil radiator to the engine to dissipate heat, it also entrains dust when the radiator of heavy truck draws air, which causes the dust to stick to the leaky hydraulic radiator, making the radiator fail to dissipate heat well and the water temperature rise.
Treatment Suggestions:
Use the car washer and adjust the water gun to atomization state. Spray and wash the hydraulic oil radiator and water tank repeatedly until the dusty area is cleared. Do not adjust the water gun to a shape of strong water column, so as not to damage the hydraulic oil radiator and water tank.
2. If there are small bubbles in the water tank, the cylinder head gasket of the engine may be perforated.
Treatment Suggestions:
Replace the cylinder. And you need to notice that when installing the cylinder head, press the corresponding torque device with a torque wrench and do not use brute force.
3. The water pump of heavy truck radiator is broken. Check the water pump and engine. Hold the water tank outlet pipe by hand. If the pinch time is long and difficult, it means there is nothing wrong with the pump. If it can be squeezed easily, it means that the pump circulation is not good. Poor water circulation means that the pump is damaged.
Treatment Suggestions:
Replace the water pump. When replacing equipment, seal it with sealant.
